淺談母線槽的極限溫升值

母線槽的極限溫升值是指,母線槽通過額定電流滿負荷運行時,穩定下來的最高溫度減去環境溫度得到的溫升值,通常用K來表示。

  母線設計時都會做溫升極限實驗,溫升限制著母線的載流能力,溫升高會使得母線的壽命減短、電能損耗提高、電壓下降,同時也影響周圍環境溫度,加速周圍設備絕緣材料的老化,甚至引起安全事故。

  在我國火災事故中,屬電氣引起的火災事故超出整個火災事故的60%。而由電氣引起火災事故的肇事者包括:電纜、電線、高低壓成套設備、變壓器、母線槽、電器元件等,大部分是由于長期溫升高發熱,導致絕緣材料老化發生短路而引起的火災事故。

  極限溫升值可以說是母線槽最關鍵的安全技術參數,也是體現母線槽整體性能的一個重要指標。用戶從母線槽的溫升還可以了解到以下幾個問題:

  1、母線槽的散熱性能:絕緣材料及外殼結構散熱不好,溫升自然偏高。

  2、銅牌的純度:含銅量直接與導體的電阻率相關,同樣的導體規格電阻率越大,溫升自然偏高。

  3、連接頭結構的好壞:連接頭接觸不好,溫升也會偏高。

  4、導體的截面積:同樣的結構和技術、同樣含銅量的導體截面積小,溫升自然偏高。
